New Benefits Administrator Effective November 1, 2024

Effective November 1st, 2024, your benefit plan will be administered by Ellement Consulting Group. There are no changes to your coverage. You will be issued a new benefits card which will have a new ID number.  

To submit claims electronically, your benefits provider will need to update their system with the new policy number and Member ID number. To submit claims electronically yourself, you must download the Ellement Group Benefits app available from the Google Play or the Apple Store.
